With more than 15 years of experience in human resources, working with regional coverage in Latin America, in addition to more than ten years of experience in management positions and as a member of the board of directors. My mission is to support the development of people, making them recognized talents in organizations and positively impacting businesses and corporate cultures.

As Head of HR, I had the opportunity to work in several subsystems in the area and directly impact the business with the implementation of people management policies and practices such as compensation, HR operations, recruitment, digitalization of processes, leadership and employee development. I bring all this knowledge acquired in my corporate journey to directly impact people.
